History of Bok a Bok
Bok a Bok was started by Brian O’Connor and Alex Prindle in 2016. In White Centre, they opened their first eatery. Bok a Bok’s primary goal is to make tasty chicken and to welcome their clients like family.
The proprietors never even attempted to make a chicken restaurant with gluten-free products, but they’ve made sure that the chicken, dipping sauces, and everything else are all gluten-free now.
When they opened a location in Capitol Hill, the proprietor claimed that his friends had dared him to produce fried chicken, so he did, and everyone liked it.
He said that no one could tell the product was gluten-free, and that the result was widespread acclaim and sales.
They claimed that they are always looking to stimulate customer interest by introducing novel menu items like the Bowl O’Shame and the New Classic Sandwich.
When asked about the company’s success, Brian credited the excellent management and talented chefs who work there.
Francisco and Jaclyn run the Burien and White Center locations, while Abraham and Mike are in charge of the Capitol Hill and U District areas.
Brian said that he considers the wonderful people he’s met and worked with in some of the world’s best restaurants and metropolitan areas to be members of his extended family.
He stressed that the company values its employees and treats them like family, and that this allows them to make sound choices for the company’s future development in a way that benefits everyone.
